to Treza Cottage Bed & Breakfast in Porthleven. If you are looking
for a relaxed and friendly coastal and rural retreat, somewhere
where you can take a deep breath and unwind following a day out exploring
the countryside, the local harbour or the many other attractions
available here in Cornwall, then Treza Cottage could be your ideal retreat.
On
arrival, relax after your journey with a slice of homemade
cake and a drink in your room or in the dining room, overlooking
the garden. Enjoy the view and plan your stay with our guide
books, maps and pamphlets.
The
rooms are warm and welcoming with ensuite shower rooms.
The beds are comfortable and the nights are quiet.
We
have a large car parking area to the front of the cottage
Treza
Cottage is situated close to the historic fishing port
of Porthleven with its harbour, walks, beaches, shopping,
eating and drinking. It is ideally situated for visits to the market
town of Helston, Penzance, St Micheal's Mount, Truro, The Lizard
and Lands End. You can also take in the delights of several National
Trust properties and gardens in the area.
We
are sure you will have a lovely time and we would love
to welcome you to our home.

We
have 2 double rooms with en-suite shower rooms from £35 pppn
based on two sharing.
Single
occupancy supplement £10 pn.
Single night supplement £5 pn.
Please
note that Treza Cottage is non-smoking throughout. We
regret we cannot accommodate dogs.
Arrival
and Departure Times:
Rooms
are available from 4pm. We ask you to let us know your
estimated time of arrival so we can make arrangements accordingly.
Guests
are requested to vacate their rooms by 10am on the day of
departure.

We request a 25% non-refundable deposit on booking (unless
we are able to relet the room, in which case there will
be a £5
administration fee). The deposit can be paid by Debit/Credit
Card over the phone.

Please
note: we are a Strictly Non Smoking House
The
voucher is valued for 12months from the date of issue
and the recipient may book any nights we are available.

The
voucher is non-refundable, but may be transferred to
someone else provided you let us know in advance.

bed complete with a pillow topped mattress, made up with cream linen
and topped with a quilt.

Room overlooks the countryside, Oak Room overlooks the garden.
Dining
Room:
 Our
Dining Room is light and bright overlooking the garden,
where you can watch the birds on the bird table as you enjoy your
breakfast.
We
have two separate 3ft oak tables for 2. If you come with
family or friends we can easily put the tables together.
There
are magazines, books, pamphlets and maps to help you plan your time
in Cornwall.
In
the winter the room is heated with underfloor heating.
Food:
Breakfast
is a relaxed affair starting at 8am for the early risers and available
until 9.30am. We aim to use locally produced food when possible.
We
have apple or orange juice to start your day.
A choice of cereals and yogurts.
Enjoy a full cooked breakfast with local bacon and sausage,
Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Baked Beans. Vegetarian Sausages.
Or you might prefer poached or scrambled eggs.
Locally made jams and marmalade.
Choice of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate, we also have caffeine
free beverages.
Freshly made bread.
If
you have any special dietary needs such as soya milk
please let us know on booking.

Therapies:
 Roseanna
is a qualified Reflexologist and also offers Indian Head
Massage. Treat yourself to a relaxing treatment and feel the benefits.
Prior to the treatment commencing a full consultation is undertaken
to ensure the treatment is suitable and the highest level of care
is offered.
Reflexology stimulates the body's own natural ability to heal itself
by touching the reflex points of the feet. Many conditions may be
helped by this therapy including back pain, arthritis, hormonal
imbalances and stress. It induces relaxation, balance and harmony.
Indian
Head Massage is a massage therapy that works specifically
on the head, scalp, anf face, neck and extending to the
shoulders and upper back. The client remains fully clothed
during the treatment. Potential benefits of this therapy include
reduced stress and improved circulation.
