Quayside Fish is owned by award winning fishmonger John Strike and is situated at Fore Street in Porthleven - a small historic, Cornish fishing village. From humble beginnings Quayside has grown into a nationally recognized artisan business with an unequalled reputation. Weather permitting, fish caught in the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean are landed daily and immediately prepared to be sold in our award winning shop or dispatched by our first class home delivery service, bringing fresh Cornish fish straight to your door. We specialize in a wide range of delicious fresh and smoked Cornish Fish and shellfish, with a superb selection of locally produced sauces, marinades, preserves and speciality 'fish friendly' wines including award winning Cornish ones, which we are sure you will find of interest.

To ensure your order is prepared for your personal requirements, we are always pleased to discuss the details with you. Specialist advice and recipe suggestions are always available. When placing your order please allow for wastage (heads and bones) when calculating your requirements. As fish prices fluctuate daily on the market we offer an average price list to give you a guide which we update regularly.

Cornish Fish we smoke all our own fish ensuring a delicious supply of smoked fish, including haddock, kippers, smoked salmon, smoked trout, smoked prawns etc.
The waters around the rugged Cornish Coast are perfect for shellfish and produces some of the best-flavoured fish in the world. We supply whole crabs, dressed
crabs and crabmeat, lobsters, crawfish, prawns, mussels, oysters and scallops. Our succulent rope grown mussels and oysters from South Cornwall are clean and
full of exquisite flavour.
Our increasingly
popular Mail Order Service is simply the easiest way for you to receive the finest seafood available. The fish is landed daily from inshore fishing boats,
owned and managed by local families who are respectful of the sea and the conservation of stocks.
Please allow three days for
the processing and delivery of your order: All orders are carefully packed on ice and dispatched for overnight delivery to any UK address, ensuring that it
remains cool and fresh throughout it's journey to your kitchen. Included will be notes on the care and storage of the fish. Recipe suggestions can be supplied
on request.
