Breage is a small friendly Cornish village with a pub, the
Queen’s Arms which boasts a good restaurant. There is a well stocked
village shop/post office, a Church and childrens playground.
Noonbell
Is a spacious Cornish granite cottage retaining many period
features dating back to the 1800's. There is a spacious but cosy
kitchen/diner with a traditional Cornish range, Rayburn,
beams and a farmhouse table for you to enjoy your meals
around. The kitchen also has a dishwasher. On the ground
floor is a large dual aspect lounge with a beamed ceiling,
and a multi fuel stove set in an inglenook. As well as
the Rayburn and multi fuel stove there are electric radiators
to keep you warm and cosy. In the lounge there is a TV
with Freeview, a dvd and video player. For your entertainment there
is also a cd/cassette/radio player and a piano. To the rear of the
ground floor there is a utility room with a washing machine, electric
drier, microwave, fridge freezer and electric stove. There is a downstairs
bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Upstairs
there are three bedrooms: the master a spacious L shaped
room with an en suite. In addition there is a double bedroom
and a twin room. There is a sizeable landing for relaxation
or if needed an office space with Broadband access. There
are views stretching across the surrounding countryside
from the upstairs windows. Outside there is a large but
sheltered enclosed garden mainly grassed. There is also
a patio area ideal for alfresco dining, barbecues or just
enjoying the peace of the countryside.
PARKING
Off road parking is available for up to 4 cars.
Changeover
Saturday to Saturday - although we will try to accommodate
other changeover days when possible.
Tariff
- £260-£750 depending on
the season.
All bed
linen and tea towels are supplied but not towels.
Electricity
is included in the price.
One well behaved dog by arrangement.

Other
attractions
The local area offers many activities and places of interest
and is ideal for walking, site seeing, beaches, mining heritage,
bird watching, geology and more.
Porthleven & Praa
Sands (8mins drive) are the nearest beaches with life guard
support during the summer holidays. Praa Sands is a family
beach with ample parking. As well as golden sands it has
2 cafes a bar, fish and chip shop and surf equipment.
The
Lizard peninsula (20mins drive) is famous for its stunning
beaches and fascinating geology with its famous serpentine
rock.
Within
a 12 mile radius is Marazion, St. Micheal’s
Mount, Penzance (gateway to the Isles of Scilly), Hayle and
St. Ives, home of the Tate gallery. Visit Falmouth and you
will discover delightful shops galleries and the Maritime
Museum. Just a bit further afield is Truro with its Cathedral.
All
around Cornwall you will find a variety of gardens open to
the public. The largest of these is the well known Eden Project. |
