As the name suggests the rear of the property overlooks a meadow
surrounded by trees, Through the trees can be seen glimpses of the rolling countryside. From the sitting room there are views of the buildings around the
harbour although the sea cannot be seen. Meadowside is a well appointed home from home detatched bungalow situated a few minutes walk from the village centre
and its historic working harbour.

combi.
Well equiped kitchen fitted with Electric cooker, microwave with
grill, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
BEDROOM 1
Double pine bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and
built in wardrobes.
BEDROOM 2
Twin beds, side table and lamp, chest of drawers, dressing table,
built in wardrobe.
Bed linen provided.
BATHROOM
Shower over bath, hand basin with mirror and shaving point, heated
towel rail, W.C.
Towels provided.
There is an airing cupboard in the hallway.
Electricity is included as is central heating between October and
April.
One well behaved dog by arrangement - £18 pw.
There is a large private garden to the rear with a summer house and
garden furniture.
There is ample off road parking.
Porthleven is a traditional fishing village approximately 2 miles
from Helston . Porthleven has ample venues for eating and drinking. You will find local food used in all restaurants and Inns whenever possible. Why not sample
some of the locally produced fine wines and ales. Helston is the home of the Furry dance which is held on the 8th May. Flambards village is on the outskirts of
Helston and just 5 miles away at Wendron is Poldark Mine.
