Westward

Westward is a contemporary two-storey semi detached house located in a stunning cliff-top position overlooking the beach in the unspoilt fishing village of Porthleven. Facing south west, it has fantastic sea views over Mounts Bay and beyond, with a large terrace and garden from which to enjoy them. The accommodation is large and spacious, with no expense being spared in creating a truly luxurious home.

The accommodation has been recently renovated and furnished to the highest standards throughout and has three bedrooms to sleep up to six people.

Westward

In detail, the accommodation comprises:-
Large spacious lounge and dining area with sofas, TV, video, DVD and Sky TV and fantastic views from a huge window overlooking the sea. The dining area seats eight, so you can invite guests over to share Westward with you for lunch or dinner during your stay!!

The Dining Area seats six comfortably and overlooks the terrace area with stunning views over the beach. Fully-fitted very well equipped kitchen, including washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge / freezer etc.

The downstairs bedroom can accommodate two children in bunk beds. The bedroom also has its own ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, and W.C.

The upstairs main bedroom has a huge stunning panoramic window overlooking the terrace and beach below.

The bedroom has its own private balcony to enjoy the beautiful views whatever the season.

The second upstairs bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and also has its own ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Westward is fully centrally heated, and the price includes all heating costs and crisp, fresh linen and towels.

MellangooseMellangoose is a mile and a half away from the beautiful unspoilt fishing village of Porthleven, and equally close to the historic town of Helston. With good sized mainly lawned gardens to the front and rear, it has been recently refurbished to a very high standard throughout. It has a real 'cottage feel' - with features such as beamed ceilings, wooden floors, country style furniture and fresh Laura Ashley fabrics.

Mellangoose Cottage has been recently renovated and furnished to the highest standards throughout, with three bedrooms to sleep up to eight people - ideal for 2 families!! (ie 4 adults and 4 children) The cottage is fully centrally heated, and the price includes all heating costs and crisp, fresh linen and towels.

Lounge overlooking the gardens, with TV, Video, DVD,Hi-Fi, Dining room with bay windows looking down the garden.

Hand made fitted Kitchen with solid wood work tops, Belfast sink, dishwasher, fridge /freezer, microwave etc.

Double bedroom with modern furniture and beamed ceiling.

Lovely twin bedroom with beautiful fabrics and large cottage windows overlooking the gardens.

Bunk bedroom with twin bunk beds (sleeping up to 4), overlooking the pretty garden.
There are two bathrooms - one with shower, decorated with strong blues, and wood floors, the second having a bath with hand shower and lovely tiled floors.

The boiler, washing machine, tumble dryer and extra freezer are in the outhouse.
The garden has a patio area outside the back door with garden furniture and gas BBQ.
