Crooked Cottage is our beautiful Cornish 19th Century terraced
stone fishing cottage offering you, the visitor, everything
that is needed for an ideal get-away right on your
doorstep. It is perfectly located just a 2 minute stroll
away from the bustling harbour, stylish shops and welcoming
hospitality of the village of Porthleven.
A
few steps beyond the Harbour you will encounter Porthleven Beach
- an interesting combination of rock pools to explore,
a coastline to snorkel and soft sand to play! The South
West Coastal Path then sweeps Southerly round to the
Lizard passing such delights as Loe Bar and Pool, Church
Cove and Gunwalloe, all a walk away.
Accommodation
Crooked Cottage has been sympathetically modernised to keep all its character
and to ensure that all of its facilities are of the highest standard.
These include:
- 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room with bunk bed (bed
linen supplied)
- Large lounge area including DvD Player, flat screen tv
with freeview and wood burner
- Fully fitted modern kitchen and diner including washing machine,
dishwasher and microwave
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Small patio area with BBQ equipment supplied
- Quiet on street parking outside the property
- Well behaved dogs allowed

NOTE: Sunday is our changeover day. Our staircases are
extremely steep and hence we regret to say that we do not consider
our cottage to be suitable for the physically infirm or
toddlers.
