 Sea Cottage is a semi-detached fisherman's cottage idyllically situated just above the beach and has views of Mounts Bay from every window. You are
only a few minutes walk from the centre of Porthleven in one direction and from Loe Bar and the National Trust's Penrose Estate in the other.
The cottage has been tastefully modernised and is very
comfortably furnished. It sleeps up to four people in a double bedroom and has a smaller bedroom with bunk beds - from both you can lie in bed and look at the
sea!
The cottage is very well equipped with everything you need, including colour TV, video, radio/cassette/CD player, microwave, washing
machine and tumble dryer. Duvets, bed linen, towels and tea towels are all provided and electricity is included in the price.
We have a no smoking and no pet policy and are
registered with the Cornwall Tourist Board.

 The Studio is a comfortable, recently refurbished holiday apartment which is located just behind the owner's property above Porthleven
Beach.
In just a couple of minutes you can stroll to the
centre of Porthleven Village. There is an easy walk along the coast path to the National Trust's Penrose Estate with its outstanding scenery and miles of
woodland walks. To the rear The Studio has its own patio which has views to the sea. Visitors also have the use of the owner's large garden with panoramic
views across Mounts Bay.
The Studio is fully equipped for two adults with
everything required for a self contained break. One double bedroom with en-suite shower and a separate toilet. Kitchen is fitted with electric cooker, fridge,
freezer, microwave, and ample utensils. Sitting room has comfortable suite, colour TV, video and music centre, dining area/breakfast bar. Duvets, bed linen,
towels and hairdryer provided. Electricity is included in the price.
There is a non smoking policy and pets are not
permitted.

Chy Kensa is a cosy, semi detached cottage that was converted from some former fishermen's net lofts. It is set in a very
quiet location just off the harbour and is convenient for all local facilities and only a few minutes' stroll to Porthleven beach.
The cottage has been completely refurbished and is
a perfect base for both couples and families.
 At the rear of the property is a delightful small patio with table and chairs and there is a parking space by the front
door.
The cottage is fully equipped for four and comprises a
large lounge with TV, DVD, and music centre. Newly fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, washer/dryer. A double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower

 Trerowton is a spacious bungalow in the village of Praa Sands, a short drive from Porthleven.
Trerowton is fully equipped for five and comprises a large lounge with TV, Sky, DVD/video and music centre, two king bedrooms and a single, large kitchen/diner with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, bathroom, additional shower room and large sunny conservatory.
There is a decked area with table and chairs off the conservatory and another sunbathing patio with sun loungers. The large garden, both patio areas, lounge and bedrooms all have views to the sea. Oil fired central heating and ample parking.
Duvets, bed linen and towels are all provided and electricity is included in the price.
We have a no smoking and no pet policy at Trerowton.
The beautiful beach at Praa Sands is an attractive ten/fifteen minute walk from Trerowton with a path all the way.
Praa Sands has a pub, restaurant, beach café, post office/general store, surf school, large gift/hardware store and plenty of parking right by the beach.

Lovely costal walks can be taken in either direction from Praa Sands. Walk to Porthleven or Marazion and catch the bus back. It will drop you off a few minutes walk from Trerowton.
 Chiva-Som is at the end of a row of three cottages converted from the former gig club just off the harbour in Porthleven and only a short walk to the beach.
The cottage sleeps four in a double and twin bedroom – both en-suite – on the ground floor with underfloor heating.
The first floor is open plan with solid oak flooring, superb soft furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The heating on this floor is provided by a wood burning stove and additional electric panel heaters for instant warmth.
All bed linen, towels, heating and electricity is included.
The cottage has a no smoking policy. One small pet is permitted.
